Jungle Walk in Chitwan National Park

Beginning after breakfast, the journey sets forth in the morning, attended by a provision of packed lunch and potable water. The crossing of the Rapti River is facilitated under the guidance of an experienced nature guide. Proceeding into the jungle, a diverse selection of lands is encountered, surrounding grasslands, riverbanks, rainforests, Sal forests, and marshlands. The experience offers encounters with untamed wildlife and the evocative sounds of the wild, marked by fresh animal tracks that often escape anticipation. The trek also features an observation tower overlooking a lake, providing an opportunity to immerse oneself in the ambiance as the sun descends. As evening falls, accommodations in the local village are secured, offering reprieve and nourishment in the form of original cuisine within an establishment evocative of a homestay. Rest is essential in preparation for the succeeding day’s activities. The second day mirrors the first, characterized by a comparable itinerary.
